Flipping for Charity Event: Two students enjoy breakfast during Pamplin College of Business Flipping for Charity event. The event raised $400 to support the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign.
The Pamplin College of Business hosted its Flipping for Charity event on Wednesday, October 7 in the atrium of Pamplin Hall. The pancake and coffee event supported the Commonwealth of Virginia Campaign (CVC) and raised $400. The money was donated to the Montgomery County Friends of Animal Care and Control.
Pamplin faculty and staff prepared Mill Mountain coffee, bacon, and sausage for passing students to enjoy. Forty four faculty and staff participated in the event, including Dean Robert Sumichrast and five department heads which equates to a 20 percent participation rate.
